Horizontal Carousels for Order Fulfillment & Parts Storage
Horizontal carousels are best suited for order fulfillment applications when configured in pods of 2-4 machines each, controlled by one operator, to maximize throughput up to 400-500 lines per hour. A pod typically includes pick light trees, put lights on a batch picking workstation, take-away conveyor system and robust software to control the order picking process.
