Wisconsin Oven manufactures industrial chain conveyor ovens and furnaces that are ideal for large or heavy loads and demanding heat treating applications. This product line is commonly used as an annealing furnace or tempering furnace. Our industrial conveyor ovens can be engineered to meet your sizing and load weight requirements. Our experienced design team will work closely with you to customize a chain conveyor oven that meets your processing specifications.

Our chain conveyor furnaces are manufactured with heavy-duty construction and temperature ratings up to 1400° F. Wisconsin Oven will evaluate your equipment requirements and utilize the best airflow arrangement for your process. There are a variety of options that can be added to you conveyor oven such as slats or special fixturing, access doors, end air seals, variable conveyor speed controls, indexing operation, data acquisition and more.

Our chain conveyor ovens are factory assembled, fully adjusted and factory tested prior to shipment to reduce start-up and installation times. Customers are invited and encouraged to visit our plant to witness testing and inspect the equipment prior to shipment.
