SOLUTION

Design a dual TIG system that uses standard AWS-200 power supply, arc voltage control with wire feed, and servo position based drive that maintains a better than 1% repeatability. Design a safety enclosure with live arc cameras and monitors to enable the operator to align and inspect the weld before, during, and after the weld.
