Watson shielding system provides uniform complete coverage. This precise coverage helps eliminate void areas and coat on complex designs (multiple ribs and bosses) of the plastic part. The uniformity of the WATSON shielding system provides coverage on one or both sides of the part which aids in enclosure protection due to interior re-reflection of electromagnetic energy. At the same time, it also protects the internal components from external electromagnetic energy.
We offer EMI shielding on plastics using both plating methods and spray paint methods.
