Butterfly Valves

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Butterfly valves do not have a full passage . The damper blade is always in medium flow and closes by friction. They seal a gas or liquid with a disc that revolves around its center line. By turning over an angle of 90 °, the butterfly valve opens and closes.

CHARACTERISTICS OF VVC BUTTERFLY VALVES

In addition to the general characteristics, VVC butterfly valves have a number of extra features:

• available in DN 50 to DN 600

• aluminum housing

• seal qualities: NBR, EPDM, Viton, Vulkolan or RVS

• valve blades are provided with a non-stick coating

• house bores for type IVT-02

• inflatable seal in type IVT-03 for a high switching frequency, abrasive products etc.

• low torque

All our butterfly valves are specifically designed for sealing gases and dry

substances .

OPTIONS

VVC butterfly valves are available in standard diameters. If necessary, they are also made to measure . Seals can also be ordered to size. You can choose between inflatable or ordinary seals . Finally, you can have your valves made in special materials . Any material is possible.
