The meaning of “turnkey” projects is any product or service that comes ready for the buyer to operate. In terms of PCB assembly, turnkey assembly is a service where all aspects of the PCB project are handled by your supplier on your behalf. The supplier procures parts and components and assembles the PCB.“Turnkey” service means any projects are completely finished and ready for buyer to use directly. As for “Turnkey PCB assembly”, it means all aspects of your PCB project are handled by your electronic manufacturing company. The supplier procures all parts/components, including PCBs, electronics parts, IC programming, function testing, labeling. You only need to supply us the following files:

• BOM (bill of materials)
• Gerber Files
• Drawing for plastic for metal parts
• Testing process
• Packaging and labeling requirement

We are totally flexible for turnkey PCB assembly, so partial turnkey PCB assembly is also welcome. You may supply us any parts you have, such as custom parts, printed circuit boards or any components from your existing suppliers.
