Deburring

Every part we fabricate is deburred after the cutting or punching operation. This is accomplished with a vibratory finishing mill (tumbler), wide belt sander (timesaver or edge rounder), or air tools. Deburring methods are selected depending on the geometry of the part, the material type, and the desired result. We have a diverse set of deburring machinery and tools to efficiently deburr any sheet metal part. The end goal in deburring is to prep the sheet metal part for safe handling in our facility, our customer’s facility, and by the end user.
