Description
The compact CONTRAK series of rotary unscramblers for PET, HDPE and PP bottles is specially designed for productions up to 16,000 BPH. Our new CONTRAK rotary unscrambler covers a wide spectrum of bottle sizes ranging from bottles from H 50 to H 300 and diameters from D 25 to D 90.
Traktech’s R&D and Product Development teams have developed the CONTRAK rotary unscrambler for empty bottles, considering three aspects, historically determining factors in the design and manufacture of unscramblers: the large dimensions of the unscrambler machines, the high costs derived energy consumption and format changes.

Why a compact design?
Taking into account the usual large dimensions of the unscramblers, Traktech's compact design for this unscrambler allows the user to occupy a very small floor space.
How is the format change?
The change of format is very fast since it consists of adding funnels to the base funnel. The funnels are hung, and no tools are required. The approximate time depends on the number of divisions and ranges between 10-15'. The design of our funnels allows a very fast change of format since the selector and the funnel form the same body, saving time in the change and storage space.

What materials do we use?
The frame is in painted steel and the protections are in polyethylene. All parts in contact with the container in AISI-304 stainless steel and materials suitable for food (Food Grade).
How do we feed the CONTRAK unscrambler?
We have designed a 550 Li feed hopper that allows it to be placed in various positions depending on the space available. Optionally, a larger capacity feed hopper can be attached.
What type of containers can we handle?
It can operate with oval, cylindrical, and rectangular bottles covering a wide spectrum of markets such as food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmacy or Para pharmacy.
