For several years TMP Engineering has been designing and manufacturing automatic product testing and stress test equipment based on customer specifications. The proposed solutions integrate various and advanced technologies to solve complex testing problems, as in the case of products with test specifications that involve the combined execution of electrical, mechanical, functional and aesthetic tests. Our testing equipment is intended for use on the production line and can be interfaced with company information systems with a view to Industry 4.0. With this in mind, we have implemented a machine for functional testing and labeling of electromechanical disconnectors on behalf of an important customer.

Features

The machine, designed and built entirely in our factory, allows functional testing to be carried out on modular switch disconnectors. Made in stand alone execution for easy placement in the production department. The machine checks the presence of the component, carries out the dielectric strength test, the correct opening and closing of the contacts with control of the relative maximum actuation torque, of the closing angle and of the continuity of the poles. All tests can be parameterized and the system is also equipped with a self-diagnosis function with which it checks the status of the devices used in the test using samples.
