• Total automation of the bagging process : the bag placement arm and the configuration by recipes allow bagging to be carried out automatically from the taking and placing of the empty bag in the bagging spout until the evacuation of the full bag.  
• Production flexibility : the automatic bagging machine allows valve bags to be filled optimally with different products and bag formats. 
• Optimization in the bagging of powdery products : dosing by fluidization propels the product into the valve bag in a sustained flow, thanks to the force of the air, until the bag is completely full.  
• Always heterogeneous mixtures : thanks to its multifluidification options, this automatic valve bagging machine prevents disintegration into heterogeneous products, maintaining the distribution of the different components of the product also inside the bag.  
• Dust-free work environment : although it is not common in bagging machines for valved bags, the ILERSAC VBF manages to bag dusty products minimizing dust generation thanks to its multiple configuration options at the bagging point, always according to the requirements of each project.  
• Durability : Sometimes the ILERSAC VBF is used to bag abrasive products. For this reason, special configurations have been devised that significantly slow down the wear of its components.
