TiFab designs and builds titanium reactors, zirconium reactors, and hastelloy reactors to ASME code for most leading chemical companies around the world. Often the reactor can see the most aggressive fluids of the entire plant and at elevated temperatures; therefore it is important to partner with a corrosion solution expert for your reactor and connecting piping system fabrication.

TiFab also has years of experience designing half pipe jacketed reactors and dimpled jacket reactors when required. High pressure or high temperature processes often require titanium clad steel reactors or zirconium clad steel reactors - depending on the shell thickness required. Jacketed reactors are usually more cost effective in clad construction so that the jacket can be made in the less expensive steel material.
