The Automatic system detects any incorrect association of a certain model of tire with a certain model of wheel

Every Tire is identified by its own model number.

Every Wheel is identified by geometrical and color based features.

The system is totally autonomous and can be integrated in the existing lines of tire and wheel association.

Tekna Automazione e Controllo, thanks to the experience developed all over the years on the interventions on production lines, can take care of the installation and the integration of the system. The final setup will operate on the fly, while the tires are travelling in the farm and manage the paths for the different kind of tires and wheels, basing its decision on the result of the analysis.
