Milling Services

Supreme Gear offers full 4 Axis CNC Milling machining service capabilities for both production and tooling needs, with state-of-the-art CNC machines and full tooling manufacturing capabilities. The milling department has the capability of machining parts up to 64” x 32” x 30”. All of this capacity is currently utilized for in-house manufacturing and contract machining with close control of processes. The machines within the Supreme Gear milling department include:

• 1 – CNC Haas VF3 4 Axis Milling Center 24 Tool Changer 40” x 20” x 25” Thru-Spindle Coolant
• CNC Haas VF6, 4-axis milling center, 30 toll changer, 64″ x 32″ x 30″, Thru-Spindle Coolant
• CNC Haas VF-3YT/50, 4-axis milling center, 30 tool changer, 40″ x 26″ x 25″, Thru-Spindle Coolant
• Mazak FMS 550 Ultra Milling System
• 2 – Bridgeport Mill Series #1 2HP Acu-Rite III Digital Readout Power Feeds
• 1 – Bridgeport Milling Machine Complete with Slotting Attachment 42″
