The AME is a stationary, high efficient, electric crucible furnace for melting and holding aluminum. The intelligent design makes it possible to replace the heating elements with a minimum of interruptions, even when the crucible is hot and filled with metal. The separate control panel is designed with easily readable instruments.

The AME control system are with Thyrister and efficient PID regulation who give an effective melting and energy efficient furnace.

STØTEK block heating elements are designed in such a way that they can be replaced from above without having to remove the crucible. The design and quality of the elements combined with a low running temperature ensure an exceptionally long service life.

The AME of course has the same high quality standard that characterizes all our products, ensuring our customers a reliable production for many years to come. The AME has a 5-6 years longer average lifetime than similar products.
