Description

It is a part feeder that can be integrated with Epson robots, which uses a 3-axis vibration technology and thus moves the parts in all directions, also allowing them to overturn.The parts are precisely detected by the vision system thanks to the integrated and adjustable backlight. The orientation of the pieces can be aided by mats positioned on the vibrator with a particular texture and material (grooves, holes, crawl space ...)It is easy to install, configure and integrate into the Epson robot system + Epson vision thanks to the plug in made in collaboration with Epson.

There are different types within the range, of which we consider 2:

ASYCUBE 240: for flat or cubic pieces from 5 to 40mm and up to 50mm if similar to two-dimensional (pins, needles etc ...)- tray size (195X150) mm (~ 240mm diagonal)- feeder size (300X171X132) mm

ASYCUBE 530: for pieces from 30 to 150mm- tray size (427X371) mm (~ 530mm diagonal)- feeder size (600X372X320) mm
