Graphical colour status indicators enable you to quickly identify whether the operation is currently in progress, paused, not yet started or complete. Once an operation has been started, the batch card is updated with live progress information, such as:

• Booked part quantities – good and non-conforming

• Elapsed time of the operation

• Actual start and end times

• Actual setup and production time versus planned (requires machine monitoring module)

Upon completion each operation is stamped with the username, date and time.
