Micropac MH Tandem Hand Pump
The MH series are a range of innovative Micropac tandem pumps for specialist hydraulic systems between 1 bar and 207 bar on multiple fluids including water, oil, glycols and Skydrol phosphate ester. The pump integrates two independent hand pumps into a single body, operated by a single handle. There is a maximum displacement of 12cc per barrel, resulting in a maximum pump displacement of 24cc. Similarly, individual barrel pressure is 207 Bar, but if one barrel is vented to tank 407 Bar can be achieved. Other tandem pumps allow individual barrels to be mixed on a single pump unit. It is also possible to use high displacement / low pressure and low displacement / high pressure barrels for a two speed unit. You will need an external unload valve for this configuration. For a pressurised inlet application or a twin circuit synchronized- flow pump use identical barrels.
Modular construction allows you to specify a unit to meet your exact requirements. Each pump is fitted with inlet and outlet check valves plus an optional relief valve can be fitted to each pump. Full materials of construction are 316 stainless, bronze CW307G, small amounts of stainless 302/303/304/420/431, acetal, nylon and PVC. Seals are nitrile rubber, PTFE and UHMWP.
Units can be mounted on our fixed and portable Micropac MR Hydraulic Reservoirs with a special top plate for the MH Tandem Pump.
We have manufactured this equipment for over 30 years and can supply spares. All valve seats are replaceable at low cost for a long service life.
