At Sarem Makina, we produce various Extruders for different plastic pipe extrusion lines such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PEX and PVC. Our capacity range is from 40 kg/h to 1500 kg/h. Our screw designs are produced according to the raw materials of the plastic pipes we have produced over the years. We have single screw extruders for PE and PP raw material and both Conical and Parallel type Twin Screw extruders for PVC raw material. We use high quality equipment from well-known brands in Europe in our extruders. We use the latest models of ABB drives, PLCs, motors, control panels and low voltage products to achieve quality torque and temperature control in our extruders. In Sarem Extruders, you will reach stable capacities at variable Screw revolutions.
