The Automatic Wafer Stick Machine as the main unit in Wafer Stick Production has main function to process Baking, Rolling, Filling, and Cutting in one single automatic process.

Sanco Indonesia always plays as the key player in innovating and improving the technology in Wafer Stick Machinery. All of the Motors in our machine are using Germany’s Brand “NORD” which guarantee the strong performance and long durability.

In our electricity system is using Japan’s Brand “MITSUBISHI”, well-known as the “Worldwide” Brand which giving the most updated technology and responsive electrical support for our mechanical system during production process.

Currently we have 3 types of Wafer Stick Machine with different capacity:

• Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 2 Ribbon, capacity 180 – 200 pcs/minute

• Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 3 Ribbon, capacity 270 – 300 pcs/minute

• Automatic Wafer Stick Machine KWS 4 Ribbon, capacity 360 – 400 pcs/minute
