Odour-laden exhaust air, which is produced in the food industry, in refineries or in the chemical industry, for example, must be freed from unpleasant odors using exhaust air purification before it can be released into the environment.

There are essentially two processes for cleaning exhaust air: thermal and biological exhaust air cleaning. The former has the advantage that it can also be used with fluctuating composition of the exhaust air and with large quantities of exhaust air. For thermal exhaust air cleaning, the exhaust air is heated to more than 750°C.

The SAACKE portfolio includes both individual and complete solutions for exhaust air purification with simultaneous energetic use in the disposal of exhaust air and vapors. The main goal is always to minimize the energy requirement for heating the exhaust air and to reduce the relevant emission values. SAACKE has the right products, the necessary experience and the comprehensive engineering know-how to achieve these goals.
