Lead Tinning Machine ODYSSEY 925

The Odyssey 925 lead tinning machine is a mid-volume production machine for electronic component tinning and re-tinning applications. The Odyssey 925 can be configured with 4 stations, including a 40-lb solder pot for scavenge, dynamic flux, rinse station, 3rd station preheat, and a dynamic solder pot for a high precision tinning application. The system is controlled through direct drive lead screw motion. Rotation is available to handle DIP’s, QFPs and other multi-sided components.
