BGRIMM-MAT flotation technology is recognised as world-leading, with in excess of 20,000 flotation cells installed on many different applications.
The Beijing General Research Institute for Mining & Metallurgy (BGRIMM) have been active in flotation research, design and construction since 1956 and their Machinery & Automation Technology division (BGRIMM-MAT) is Asia’s leading float cell supplier with over 20,000 float cells in operation and over 80% of the Asian market.
Recently BGRIMM have supplied to major mining operations such as Palabora Mining Company (7 x 320m³ tank cells) and Toromochu’s 150,000 tpd operation in Peru.
BGRIMM also have successful installations of their float cells on PGMs in the Rustenburg area and on copper oxides & sulphides in the DRC and Zambia.
