We can accommodate the machining of components measuring up to 40″ x 30″ x 15.5″, to precision tolerances to ±.0002″.EDM is ideal for achieving complex geometries and produces parts with superior edge qualities and surface finishes. Our advanced 4-axis equipment is capable of forming intricate curves, delicate contours, as well as small and odd angular shapes, even in the hardest, most difficult to machine metals. We are also capable of fast drilling very fine holes in aerospace materials with large-depth-to-diameter ratios to a smooth and burr-free finish with a fully integrated 5th axis rotary table
