Guide product around turns
CB40 Conveyors guide product around a turn, maintaining the same orientation at both infeed and outfeed. Consistent product orientation ensures downstream operations receive product exactly the same way each cycle.
Seamless Integration
Designed to work with our AS40
CB40 Conveyors are designed to transition product seamlessly with our AS40 family of conveyors. They feature the same brushless DC motors and integrated controllers, allowing them to easily integrate with existing controls.
Positive Sprocket Design
To ensure positive movement, CB40 Conveyors are driven by a patented sprocket that engages links embedded in the edge of the belt. The sprocket designs allows conveyor to run bi-directionally without re-tracking the belt.
Bottom Drive Gearmotor
The unique bottom drive design of CB40 Conveyors ensures the motor stays below the center of the conveyor and out of the way, making it easy to integrate with other machinery.
Fast Changeovers and Cleaning
CB40 Conveyors can be removed quickly from their stands for cleaning. Extra conveyor beds are available to be swapped, allowing fast changeovers between products.

12″ and 24″ wide CB40 conveyors are available with a 10 day lead time, as part of our Quick Ship program.
