Connection elements
Connection elements for aluminum profiles
Connecting elements from Bosch Rexroth for more flexibility in the individual construction of frames, housings, robot cells , apparatus, machines and special systems made of aluminum profiles.
With its versatile, configurable, consistently ESD-capable connecting elements, the Bosch Rexroth modular profile system offers the right solution for every technical or design-oriented application. The selection of connecting elements is extensive - regardless of the angle, the necessary force or the required torque.
For positive connections, the necessary burr-free and angled surfaces for bolt connectors, quick-release connectors and screws are created at the ends of the aluminum profiles with an aluminum circular saw with min. 2500 rpm revolutions. For example, holes for bolt connectors, quick-release connectors must be drilled or threads must be cut / formed in the core pull (M6, M8, M12, M16). Appropriate processing with standard dimensions at the profile ends are used depending on the requirement and the aluminum profile used. However, a basic distinction is made between blind holes (DB8, DB11, DB17 and DB17V) and through holes (D7.8, D8, D9.8, D11, D17 and D17V). The D stands for diameter d. H. D17 is a 17mm diameter through hole.
For a range of aluminum profiles you will receive selected aluminum profile processing with a fixed material number. This is the easiest way to order the right profile processing for the tried-and-tested form-fitting profile connectors. The available aluminum profile finishes are marked by pictograms in the order tables.
