FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY
Our fabrication and assembly services team is comprised of experienced, highly-trained and ISO 9001:2015 & ISO BSEN 3834 approved fabricators and welders who ensure our clients’ requirements are delivered in full.
With many years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry providing subcontracting support to major players in the field, we’ve amassed extensive experience in supplying all types of metal fabrication projects, working different materials from stainless-steel to aluminium fabrications and many more. Thanks to this, our welders have developed a broad range of expertise and possess welding procedure qualifications including ASME IX. In all the projects we are involved in, we also uphold quality standards for fusion welding of metallic materials.

Qualified & Experienced
The Pryme Group’s welding division works to a global quality standard ISO 3834, holding welders qualifications in ASME IX, EN287, AWS, and ISO 9606 . Additionally, qualification of welding procedures is also carried out in-house.
Also, Pryme Group holds an exhaustive range of procedures, which has been built up over many years (50+), allowing us to undertake many critical tasks and to suit a wide range of sub-contract welding work.
Broad Capabilities
We have an extensive range of material welding capabilities. These include carbon steel (mild steel), stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and aluminium.
The processes used are GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG & MAG), FCAW, MMA.
Moreover, we hold a comprehensive suite of welding procedure specifications (WPS) and qualification reports (WPQR).
They include but are not limited to ASME IX, AWS D1 and ISO 15614. Additionally, we can meet client-specific requirements, and we carry out in-house qualification of welding procedures.
Design & Project Management
To compliment and inform our Fabrication and Assembly services, we provide in-house design support. Our technical staff can advise on the most suitable and cost-effective options, handling your project from conception to delivery.
