The DICEtrax conveyor printer provides quality wide format digital printing on a variety of substrates for packaging, products, parts, and signs applications. Unlike other digital printers, the DICEtrax has a flexible configuration that allows printers to adjust their process from one print run to the next. This highly configurable print engine is so easy to maintain and operate, you'll save thousands on service and maintenance costs.

Features

Vacuum Conveyor

The DICEtrax features a patent-pending vacuum conveyor system. The conveyor holds down materials allowing you to print rigid and flexible sheets and blanks of material in register both cross and down the web in a single pass. 

DICEblade Technology

Automated head tending for increased printhead life and hands-free printhead cleaning. ​Easy slide-out access to all printing components for simple maintenance. Inter-color pinning for maximum accurate drop placement and better resolution.​

Short Run High Volume

The DICEtrax high volume throughput allows you to take small orders and batch them together into one long print run. You can package each order right off the end of the conveyor. You can even print packing slips between orders all in one simple pre-press process.

Wide Format

The DICEtrax is available in widths from 13" to 36" in standard sizes. This wide-format single-pass configuration allows for maximum throughput and productivity.
