At Pro-Type Industries, Incorporated, we provide our customers with complete manufacturing solutions and offer a wide range of capabilities that allow us to deliver end to end services. Welding, painting/powder coating, complete assembly, sand blasting, custom silkscreen creation and application, laser engraving and much more are all available under one roof. Our welding department is equipped TIG and MIG welding stations that are certified to Mil-Std 1595, and spot welders certified to Mil-Std W68581. These systems are operated by a team of welding professionals who can provide compliance with many stringent industry standards. We also offer passivation and chemical conversion coating that is in full compliance with MIL-DTL-5541. In addition, our network of trusted partners can provide virtually any other plating process that may be required. In our state of the art paint shop, we are able to apply coatings with maximum adhesion and superior aesthetic qualities. From highly specialized Mil-Spec paints, to commercially available epoxy’s, enamels, or powder coating cured in our 8’ x 20’ oven. For specialized requirements, we can provide the application of custom logos and artwork in a large pallet of colors. To accommodate these demands, our assembly department is outfitted with the tools and supplies to meet the needs of the most challenging projects. Our skilled staff has years of cross-functional assembly experience and has worked with a wide range of applications. We are stocked with a large inventory of PEM® hardware, panel screws, clinch nuts, locking hardware, helicoils, and much more. From the smallest fastener to large scale mechanical assembly our team can deliver unbeatable consistency and quality.
