Low Voltage Main Switchboards
Price Trandos Engineering has complete range of fully type tested low and medium voltage site main switchboards manufactured in-house at our purpose built factory in Perth, Western Australia. Our designs incorporate supply from world class electrical manufacturers such as Schneider, Terasaki, ABB and GE switchgear; all of which can be customised to suit our clients specific needs. We also manufacture Sub-Station Kiosks up to but not limited to 1,000 KVA.
The range of our main switchboards goes up to 6300 amps with a fault withstand up to 100kA for 3 seconds and any form of segregation to Australian Standards and IEL standards.

Yes we can. Price Trandos Engineering is an accredited manufacturer of Cubic Modular System, which is a proprietary modular system that can use a wide variety of switchgear components.
What is the average build time for a site main switchboard?
Due to the varying sizes of the LV main switchboards it is difficult to give an approximate completion time. However, we can manufacture boards from sheetmetal to completion within a 1 week time frame to a maximum of 6 weeks. We were able to complete a 15 meter long Site Main Switchboard for the Perth International Departures Building within a span of 4 weeks. This board was ARC fault contained up to 70KA and had 3 shipping splits.
What is the warranty period for the LV switchboards?
All our boards have a 12 month warranty period. We also provide 24/7 maintenance and service in the event of a fault within the Perth metropolitan area. We provide and recommend a yearly thermographic and mechanical check-up of the boards to identify any potential hot spots and issues.
