PMH MI series, integrated motor

MI motors are special motors born to be integrated into PMC planetary gearboxes.

MI motors deliver a longer life of critical components and an increased durability of the entire system. Thanks to the high pressure technology and to the lower working temperature, the efficiency of system is increased. The technical solutions adopted on MI motors and their integration into PMC gearboxes make this combination the ideal solution for hydraulic excavators from 6 to 50 tons, as the maximum output torques of the different models range from 10.000 Nm to 100.000 Nm.

Besides excavators, MI motors in combination with PMC gearboxes with higher reduction ratios can be used on several heavy duty applications: mobile crawler cranes, crushers, platform boom-lifts, soil compactors, pavers, etc. Thanks to the compact and effective design that integrates motor and gearbox on the PMCI drives, the use of expensive fully variable motors can often be avoided.
