Philford has over 30 years experience in the major overhaul and maintenance of Belt Conveyor Drive units for the Mining and Quarry industries. We have the ability to offer complete re-builds and spares for all conveyor drives previously manufactured by OEM companies such as Dowty MECO and FSW some of which are no longer supported.
Our service can cover the supply of all components including new gears, gearboxes and drive drums. We have access to major original spares and carry stock on major brand bearings such as SKF and FAG to ensure we keep lead times to a minimum. Our design team has the ability to design and calculate for floor and roof mounting systems, which can be manufactured to accompany the supply of all single and multiple drive units.
