Powder Coating of Sheet Metal Work

Our paint shop is fully equipped for surface preparation and the application of powder coatings. The coatings are always applied to a very high standard. Staffed with skilled operatives, the shop can apply decorative and protective coatings to most surfaces.

The equipment we use includes:

• a vapour phase de-greasing plant to deter surface corrosion;
• pneumatic surface preparation equipment;
• electrostatic balanced air / water curtain spray booths to apply powder paint; and
• electronically controlled stoving ovens.
