Model FB6 Box Indexer

Building on the strengths of the 3BCI, our FB6 is a highly popular product in our range. As all our products in Box Handling Solutions, these can be customised for individual applications. The FB6 has a 6 empty box capacity.

The unit is based on belt-driven roller conveyors on the infeed, and configured in a ‘U’ design, allowing box loading and unloading from the same side.

A box transfer shifts the filled box to the outfeed conveyor, gravity as standard. A programmable logic controller (plc) takes care of all functions, with sensors used to help manage the box positions and part count.

With the lead box full, a pneumatic pusher extends to move the full box onto a powered or gravity outfeed conveyor for collection.

A simple and cost-effective and fully portable solution for the gathering of tumble-packed components. Scalable to process additional boxes, but a very good entry point option.
