SHEARFLO® SVS SUBSEA ROV OPERABLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE

• The SVS series valves are engineered for subsea service and ROV intervention with all ShearFlo® sealing advantages to ensure zero leak and contamination resistant operation. Reliability and high performance are mandatory when working in the world’s most corrosive natural environment.
• PacSeal Hydraulics’ subsea valves feature a load-balanced rotor shaft, which assures smooth rotary operation in deep water during internal and external pressure differential.
• Four basic handle options (Tee, Paddle, Straight and None) can be customized to meet special requirements. The “None” option is a square-ended shaft for a customer-fitted intervention fixture.

• Made in the USA
• Corrosion resistant external components are sealed to prevent sea water exposure to the valve’s interior.
• Various handle options are offered for ROV or manual operation, which may be custom or conforming to API RP-17H.
• An essentially zero leak, contaminant resistant metal-to-metal seal for the valve is accomplished by lapping and polishing hardened stainless steel sealing elements to exacting standards of finish and flatness.
• The sealing elements are spring preloaded and pressure energized, which maintains contact between the two sealing surfaces at all times to prevent contaminants from causing leaks and damage.
• Movement between the sealing surfaces maintains the lapped, flat surface to ensure a long life that renews with use.
• Standard rotor configurations yield lubricated shifting with fluid interflow that is drained to tank through the constantly open return port.
• All SV valves are tested to PacSeal’s strict quality control standards to ensure proper function and reliability.
• Every ShearFlo sealing component in a repair kit is inspected to ensure trouble-free performance after field maintenance and repair
