This is especially effective for thin-walled, tubular medical components. No filler materials are used in Norman Noble’s laser welding processes, which are conducted using inert gases.
Norman Noble’s nitinol welding technologies allow for precise manufacturing of micro implant designs that require nitinol to nitinol welding.
Laser spot welding and seam welding can be tested using tensile tests, torque tests or cross sectioning for penetration confirmation.
