SHUTON BALL SCREWS

SHUTON designs and manufactures precision ball screws for the sectors of machine tools, injection moulding, presses and other heavy load applications, automation solutions, semiconductors and more.

The BALL SCREW type ranges from diameter 20 to 160 mm, lead from 5 to 80 mm, and shaft length up to 15 meters in a single piece. Ball screws are manufactured according to tolerance grades ISO 1-3-5-7. We deliver different types of preloaded and non-preloaded nuts, and different types of ball recirculation systems.

In line with its Xtreme Dynamics philosophy and with the aim of obtaining the best possible results in the most demanding applications, SHUTON has developed different technologies adapted to the different application areas.

• SHUTON COMPLEX - High precision ball screws for high dynamics machine tools with efficient rigidity requirements and extreme duty cycles. Oriented to improve machining times in productively demanding sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, die mold processing machines and more.
• SHUTON PRIME - Fine-lead high precision ball screws for precise positioning and average dynamics demand applications, such as grinding machines and EDM machines that ensure smooth rotation in short strokes.
• SHUTON HIGH LOADS - High dynamics and high load ball screws for injection molding machines, presses and other heavy duty applications operated by electric servo drive in extreme conditions.
• SHUTON ATR - High efficiency precision ball screws for pick and place applications, factory automation and other transport applications.
