Mollart Engineering developed compact vertical gundrilling machine (VDM) for producing holes from Ø0.5mm to Ø6mm and up to 300mm in depth on centre or close pitch off centres.  Process can incorporate tool monitoring, specialist filtration, index patterns drilling and multiple component fixturing with auto loading options.

The Microsprint is available as a 1, 2 or 4-spindle horizontal gundrilling machine for holes from Ø0.5mm to 6.0mm to a depth of 300mm. Options include counter-rotation and part fixturing on the machine table.
