Single Side Opening CSB

MindCore Technologies' CSB models are single side opening disconnectors for outdoor substations with over 40 years of history, proving their versatility and reliability. The versatility of the CSB comes from the fact that it can be installed horizontally, vertically as well as in a suspended position.

The CSB is a multipurpose disconnector that can be installed in substations to isolate, bypass or split lines. It is also used as a bypass switch when a load is supplied from a primary or AC source. The three poles can be arranged in a conventional horizontal position or alternatively in a vertical, inverted and semi-inverted configuration.

Since the blade follows a path parallel to the base, the clearance area required above the disconnector is minimal. Load break devices are also available and can be supplied if required. The blades can open 70 degrees, clockwise and counterclockwise, following a path parallel to the base of the disconnector.
