Mezzo’s microtube coolant-air intercoolers are very compact and offer extremely good thermal performance (very high effectiveness with low charge air pressure drop). Mezzo has produced intercoolers for the highest ranked racing platforms in the world (Formula 1, LMP1, Daytona Prototype) and for military ground vehicles and aircraft. Mezzo intercoolers offer the best performance when combined with a high-performance radiator.Mezzo coolant-air intercoolers typically offer the following attributes (especially when coupled with a high-performance coolant radiator):

• Extremely low charge air temperatures (often within a few degrees of the inlet coolant temperature).
• Low charge air pressure drop.
• A wide variety of compact shapes and architectures to meet the envelope requirements of customers.
