Pre-hog stands for edging flashing out of the press, single / double edging machines with optional splitters, profiling lines such as scarf jointing / finger-jointing / V-grooving, cut to size lines in both length and width in capacities up to 24 feet for press lines and greater capacities for billet lines, grooving / edge shaping lines for siding applications, and much more.
Controls can be simple manual adjust to full CNC set-up control to meet application and run length requirements.
This ultra-heavy duty equipment is designed for three shift production, delivering reliable performance and accuracy with minimal maintenance for applications where “Down-Time” is not an option.
