Renewable Energy Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel

Mason has been a major fabricator of custom renewable energy heat exchanger and pressure vessels for years. In that time, we have fabricated exchangers and vessels in a variety of renewable energy market sectors.

Generally a renewable energy shell and tube heat exchanger and pressure vessel carries very specific requirements that require a custom fabrication solution. Mason can fabricate a wide variety of solutions. Each renewable energy shell and tube heat exchanger and pressure vessel is built to unique customer specifications and required codes.

For heat exchanger solutions, Mason can fabricate all TEMA heat exchanger variations, including U-Tube bundles, fixed tubesheet, floating tubesheet, and shells with or without expansion joints.

Most significantly, Mason Manufacturing has been a major supplier for the ethanol and butanol industry. We participated in both Generation 1 and 2 of ethanol evolution and have been placing vessels in ethanol plants since the early 1990s. Mason placed vessels in over two-thirds of the approximate 150 ethanol plants constructed in the mid-2000s. Most recently, Mason has fabricated vessels for two of the three largest cellulosic ethanol plants recently launched in the Midwest.
