A non-impacting linear vibrator that instantly attaches anywhere on the trailer walls, the MT-FAST™ Dry Bulk Trailer Vibrator has been proven to empty trailers quickly and completely, allowing even the most stubborn materials to flow more easily. With the MT-FAST™ Dry Bulk Trailer Vibrator in place, drivers can empty large loads without having to hammer on the trailer walls to dislodge stuck-on material.
Weighing in at less than 20 lbs., the unit can be positioned strategically, right at the problem area, ensuring optimal material flow. Despite its light weight and portability, the vibrator packs 400 linear lbs. of force and can move even the most difficult materials. The MT-FAST™ Dry Bulk Trailer Vibrator uses the rig’s own air supply (less than 15 CFM required) – a unique patented feature (US Patent No. 9,499,085). The low-frequency, high-amplitude vibrator is best suited for materials like powdered cement and flour. Frequency is factory-set for optimal results.
