Lyons has been building complex progressive dies since 1951. Although we have expanded our capabilities, our strength still lies in designing and building progressive dies for your most demanding precision metal stamping requirements.
Have you had trouble with tooling you’ve purchased in the past? Our internal process will eliminate issues that you may have had. Starting with a thorough review of your print specifications and finishing with a pre-production run at our facility, we will supply a production-ready progressive die that is quality capable and easily maintained every time. We can work to your progressive die design standards or ours.
In-House Die Maintenance
We will take your progressive die, sharpen and shim the cutting components, rework and polish form stations, check alignment and clearances, replace worn or broken components upon request and run your tool in one of our presses. Parts are submitted to our quality department and data is recorded for your records. We can also make recommendations that may increase die life and improve the capability of your tooling.
