LOTUS Chemmixers offers a complete line of belt drive side entry mixers. They compete directly with what is offered by our competition. However, it is important to point out that there is a significant difference between our product and our competition’s.  

• Minimum belt Service Factor 2.0 – competition’s standards are only 1.25 or 1.5 times.
• We offer four belt options - V–belts, toothed belts, Goodyear Eagle PD Toothed Belts or Gates Belts
• Our belt drive mixers utilize a three bearing system to minimize vibration (competitive designs only have two bearings in their mixers).
• 8 Different application specific impellers for side entry mixing to optimize the agitation in our customers tanks
• Innovative patented tank shut-off mechanism that allows for easy seal replacement
• Double and Single mechanical cartridge seal with integrated bearing to minimize the forces of the seal faces – API 682 compliant
• Diameter shafts (larger than our competitors) which reduces vibration 
• Minimum Service Factor of 2.0 – this means the drive is designed from twice the maximum load that would be experienced under normal service 
• Designed to be used with standard face mounted NEMA or IEC motors 
• Available with a wide variety of wetted parts to best suit your application
• No in-tank wear parts
