Petrochemical Plant Burners - KS9000

Petrochemical Plant Burners - KS9000

The Lanemark series of KS burners is designed for a range of petrochemical applications. These include hydrocarbon processing for plants producing hydrogen, methanol, ammonia, ethylene, Ethylene Dichloride (EDC), Continuous Catalytic Reformers / Platformer (CCR), vacuum heaters, process oil heaters and Styrene Monomer plants.

All feature low excess air, low emissions and compact flame shapes with a high degree of stability. They offer fuel and air staging as well as flue gas recirculation (external and internal) while their versatile design gains from a choice of forced or induced draught configurations with round or flat flame. Burner ignition can be by portable spark igniter, portable gas pilot, manual gas pilot or automatic gas pilot all to suit end user operating philosophy and safety requirements.

Fuel-staged low NOx burners, the Lanemark KS 9000 series can be specified in either a natural draught or forced draught configuration with up, horizontal or down firing variants and a further choice of gas or oil only, or a combination oil and gas firing operation.

The range delivers output from 0.2 MW to 15 MW, all with low NOx, CO and UHC emissions. With low excess air through the burner operating range, and tolerant of high excess air during start-up, the KS 9000 can be specified for operation with a choice of fuel sources including natural, refinery and purge gas, hydrogen and propane. Additional liquid fuel options of light, diesel or No. 2 oil can be accommodated.
