Bucket Elevators are used for elevating both fine and coarse bulk material up to a height of 60 meters. Depending on the material, either a belt or a chain acts as the conveying element. When the space is limited, the volume of the bulk material is large, and the need is to elevate vertically high, a Bucket Elevator is often the most efficient solution. 

Laitex’s basic Bucket Elevators include up to 60 meters long Chain Bucket Elevators and Belt Bucket Elevators. Chain Bucket Elevators are suitable for fine materials, including hot bulk materials, whereas Belt Bucket Elevators are used for heavier and coarse bulk materials.

Laitex’s cost-effective Bucket Elevators are equipped with sealed frame structure — the conveyed material will not leak or spill out of the conveyor, low maintenance need and steady flow.
