Sintering Furnaces

The MIM sintering furnace process combines powdered metal, a binder, and other materials to form a slurry. This slurry allows the powdered metal granules to be held together throughout the heating process, which can reach temperatures up to 3,300°F (1,816°C). Continuous MIM sintering furnaces utilize preconstructed molds to create solid metal parts that are raw, or that require additional machining or finishing.
