We can also create forms of nearly any size specification, including ultra-fine forms of up to 0.18 inches and finished wire products within tolerances of 0.0005 inches. For assemblies consisting of multiple wire forms, we can weld multiple small forms together.
To optimize both quality and repeatability, we produce custom wire form designs through the use of state-of-the-art multi-side, four-size, and CNC equipment. We build all our own tooling in-house to shorten lead times and reduce project costs.
