Protection systems

The new motor spindle protection system MS³ guarantees three-dimensional safety for the motor spindle. Mechanical disengagementand swiveling in the event of a collision-related overload prevents serious damage to the components of themotor spindle and the machine tool with a high degree of certainty. The control-related reaction time isbridged until the machine tool comes to a standstill. After clearing, the motor spindle is returned to the starting position with great precision. The high rigidity of the passively designed safety system and the precisely dimensionedoverload threshold ensure perfect operating behavior during machining.
