ProMix brine and syrup mixing systems are capable of seamlessly dissolving multiple additives, ranging from low viscosity to highly difficult to dissolve products. We speak not only of salt, but also of sugar up to thickeners, pectins, starches with high viscosity.

Depending on the request, the ProMix brine and syrup mixing plants can be equipped with various tanks and hoppers and enriched with details that make Inox-Fer technology state-of-the-art.

The operating principle is based on a centrifugal pump which sucks the liquid from a tank creating a venturi effect under the hopper. The powders contained in the latter are sucked up and incorporated into the liquid at such a speed as to ensure perfectly homogeneous mixing. Once the powders have been dissolved, the solution is kept in recirculation inside a tank for a few minutes in order to give greater homogeneity, after which it is transferred to the point of use or to other tanks via the same pump.
